WHAT IS SUBLIMATION PRINTING?

Sublimation printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material(usually polyester, a polyester mix or polymer surfaces).  There are lots of ways that substrate manufacturers have come up with to embed polymers onto the surface of their products. Wood, ceramics, glass and metal are just a few examples of materials that can be made sublimatable by adding a polymer coating. Finally the ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric/product.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY QUOTE?

Your quote price includes a t-shirt (or product) of your color, size, style, a design for the shirt with as many colors as you want in it, setup fee, the 3D image of the shirt on one side and a sincere thank you.

HOW IS MY PRICE CALCLUATED?

The first component when calculating the price of your custom t-shirts is the product. Next is the print method. Screen printed orders take into account the number of locations AND the number of colors per location (ex. 1-color front, 2-color back). Depending on you design size. Large designs are more costly since we need to use more thread, paint or vinyl and time to create the design or edit design. Last is quantity. Ordering more of the same design lets you take advantage of price breaks and pay less per shirt. With screen printed orders especially. Many uncontrollable factors contribute to market pricing on garments and production materials. For this reason, Love Custom Designs LLC. reserves the right to change or modify pricing without notice. We will do our best to inform you of any recent changes prior to confirming an order estimate.

WILL SETUP FEES BE ASSOCIATED WITH MY PROJECT?

There are a couple scenarios where setup fees would apply to your project. Please contact us for more information.

To avoid issues, we recommend you double checking the daft that was sent to you before you approve it. WHAT FILE TYPE SHOULD I SEND MY ARTWORK AS?

Supported file types for artwork are JPG, SVG, PNG, PDF. For Embroidery files must be converted into an EXP file that is recognized by the embroidery machine.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Projects take about 10-15 business days to complete from the time an invoice is approved and paid.
